"Day 5 of me contacting customer support and call back only hangs up as soon as I speak. I'm sure if the product was delivered with not issues I wouldn't need support, however due to delivery of defective parts, ( loose compressor) I had to contact to exercise warranty. I will try to write a review everyday i am not answered. I have reviews under walmart which isn't responsible for this 3rd party vendors customer service."

"I bought our original unit October 2020. I mothballed the unit throughout the most recent winter. When I set it up again due to warm weather, the compressor wouldn't operate. Cindy at Airo Comfort, sent out a replacement unit in 3-days. This was beyond my expectations. The customer service is fantastic!"
Almost super easy
"The unit is extremely quiet and efficient. The instructions were less than intuitive for the window insert, otherwise I would have had it operational in under 10 minutes. The only downside is the window insert doesn't extend the full height of the sliding door. There is a 5" x 4" gap I need to fill."
